Preparation : Before Examination Tips

  1. Work out a revision plan as early as possible (at least two weeks before exams)
  2. Allow large blocks of time for studying materials and short periods for reviewing
  3. Vary what you study and schedule breaks
  4. Form study groups
  5. Study the specimen examination paper and prepare sample answers
  6. Practice relaxation techniques, such as breathing exercises or listening to music when you feel anxious
  7. Eat and sleep well
  8. Get regular physical exercise
  9. Talk out your troubles
